MCH refers to printing high melting point metal heating resistor paste such as metal tungsten or molybdenum manganese on a 92~96% alumina cast ceramic green body according to the requirements of the heating circuit design, then hot pressing and laminating, and then heating it at around 1600ºC The ceramic heating element, which is made by sintering ceramics and metal under the protection of a reducing atmosphere.
MCH has the advantages of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, long life, high efficiency and energy saving, uniform temperature, good thermal conductivity, fast thermal compensation, and does not contain lead or cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated bis, benzene, polybrominated diphenyl ether and other harmful substances, and complies with EU RoHS and other environmental protection requirements.
