Hexagonal boron nitride is an advanced ceramic material with a microscopic flaky morphology and a molecular structure of hexagonal crystals. Hexagonal boron nitride has very special and excellent physical and chemical properties, with very good thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, chemical corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance. It can withstand temperatures up to 1000°C in air and up to 2000°C in inert gas and vacuum. Jingyi boron nitride is sintered at a high temperature of 2000°C, and has stable chemical and physical properties and excellent thermal conductivity (single crystal thermal conductivity is about 250-300W/mk). The company currently produces single crystal 500 nanometers-20 microns flake crystal powder and nano-scale spherical boron nitride.
